Term 1, 2026 start Regents Park Christian School is a Christ‑centred learning community based on biblical principles. The school is co‑educational from Years K to 12. The vision of the school is to support families in educating their children from a Christian perspective.

We are currently seeking suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Dean of Stage 4 to commence Term 1, 2026.



SELECTION CRITERIA - Quality teaching and learning practices - Skills and experience in Student Wellbeing as a Year Adviser or Coordinator - High level communication and organisational skills - Ability to engage with Primary Department in strengthening stage transition program - Understanding of current wellbeing trends and challenges facing adolescents - High level interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with families.

- Experience working alongside Diverse Learning Team and supporting students who are gifted and talented as well those with learning and physical disabilities.
- Experience in discipline matters and complex conversations A full role description can be provided upon request.

ESSENTIAL: Applicants must be a committed Christian and able to obtain a written reference from their current Protestant church minister. A valid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) must be provided.
