The Parramatta Eels Academy is seeking Strength and Conditioning Coaches to deliver physical preparation for our junior representative squads for the 2027 season. You will own the physical development of the squad, building and running gym and field programs, and managing load across a long season.
Work closely with coaching and medical staff in the Academy performance team, delivering gym and field based S&C;, monitoring training load and athlete readiness, and supporting return-to-play
