Your new company An established and highly regarded commercial construction business is seeking an experienced Services Manager to oversee the technical and commercial delivery of building services from pre-construction through to project completion. Working closely with project teams, consultants, subcontractors and senior leadership, you will play a critical role in driving project outcomes, managing risk, ensuring quality delivery and providing technical guidance across multiple projects.

As the Services Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Providing technical leadership across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire services packages.
- Supporting tendering, estimating and pre-construction activities, including contractor procurement and design reviews.
- Reviewing service designs and identifying opportunities for cost savings, innovation and program efficiencies.
- Managing services installation to ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory and quality requirements.
- Supporting project teams through commissioning, handover and defect resolution.
- Driving sustainability initiatives and overseeing project requirements relating to NABERS, Green Star and other performance objectives.




- Developing internal capability through mentoring, training and knowledge sharing

What you'll need to succeed:

- A degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a relevant trade background with extensive industry experience.
- 10+ years' experience in a Services Manager or similar role within the commercial construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of building services design, installation and commissioning processes.
- Experience working on large-scale or technically complex projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A sound understanding of construction contracts, compliance requirements and industry standards.
- White Card and relevant site-based certifications.
