POSITION
HVAC Sales Specialist QLD (Market leading OEM/Manufacturer)
THE OPPORTUNITY
This position will draw on your diagnostic sales ability, negotiation skills and consultative approach. You will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts, while also driving new business development within the QLD market. Reporting on sales performance, margins and secured projects will form part of your remit. You will assist in the preparation of RFTs and RFPs, negotiate product solutions and pricing, and build strong relationships across the contractor and consultant channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow existing commercial accounts
- Develop current business opportunities across the QLD market
- Prepare and assist with RFT and RFP submissions
- Negotiate product solutions and pricing structures
- Report on sales performance, margins and secured projects
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with contractors and consultants
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Demonstrated sales success within the QLD HVAC&R; market
- Strong familiarity with commercial HVAC products (splits, packaged units, multi-systems and ducted systems)
- Demonstrated experience selling into commercial and/or residental channels
- Strong sales aptitude with a consultative approach
- Ability to work autonomously
- MS Office proficiency
