Portmans is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Adelaide East to support the Store Manager in leading the team, delivering exceptional service, and achieving KPI targets. This full time role requires availability over weekends, late nights and public holidays.
You will coach the team, manage daily operations, and stand in for the Store Manager when needed. Prior leadership in fashion retail, customer focus, and knowledge of loss prevention and health & safety are essential.
