Thomas Martin Lawyers is growing and looking to add a strata and property litigation lawyer to their tight-knit team.

The Role:

- prepare detailed written advice on strata and property disputes and legal proceedings
- assist litigation matters in tribunals and courts in NSW, including preparing evidence and pleadings
- work closely with senior staff
- work in a fast-moving practice with regular repeat work




- communicate frequently and effectively with stakeholders, including strata managers and experts

Key Skills/Experience: The successful applicant will possess the following:

- have 1-3 years post-admission experience in litigation or dispute resolution
- experience in strata and property disputes is highly desirable
- the ability to communicate effectively and in plain-English
- ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and manage competing priorities
- strong drafting, analytical and research skills
- good time management and organisational skills
- practical and client focused problem solving skills

Remuneration: Remuneration will be commensurate with experience. We are also committed to reviewing remuneration, at least annually.
