EXCEL Building Management is seeking a dedicated concierge to deliver industry-leading, 5-star front desk service to residents of high-end Sydney apartment complexes. The role places you at the face of the building, greeting guests and coordinating with the Building Manager to uphold security and resident satisfaction.
Shifts run 11pm–7am, with availability required for evenings and weekends. You will handle inquiries by phone and email, manage keys and parcels, and document incidents.
