Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across the patient journey, from pre-operative assessment through to post-operative recovery and discharge.
- Deliver safe, compassionate and patient-centred care that supports positive patient experiences and outcomes.
- Work alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team in a collaborative environment focused on clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop your knowledge and expertise in urology and gynaecology surgical nursing within a supportive and dynamic ward setting.
- Make a meaningful difference by educating patients and their families, promoting recovery, and supporting patients through every stage of their surgical journey.
Qualifications & Experience
- Motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse with enthusiasm, reliability and a genuine passion for surgical nursing.
- Experience in perioperative care and a proven commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centred care.
- Strong teamwork abilities, effective communication and professionalism, building positive relationships with patients, families and colleagues.
- Proactive, adaptable and patient-focused approach to a busy clinical environment, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
