Chosen Family is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide clinical nursing supports and disability services across home, community, respite, and SIL settings in Sydney CBD, NSW. The role focuses on protected, person-centred care and high-quality supports tailored to individual goals.

You will conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, deliver complex supports (PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, diabetes management, enteral feeding), and manage medications.
