We are seeking an experienced Human Factors consultant at Senior or Principal level to join our growing team in Sydney.

We are looking for professionals who possess technical skills and experience to effectively manage delivery of the HF program as part of major scale infrastructure or transport projects, as well as those who can actively contribute to driving great outcomes for the business.

In this senior position, you will need to be confident in:

- communicating complex technical requirements and information,
- effectively/efficiently undertaking HF activities and assessments to meet requirements and standards,
- producing quality HF and assurance deliverables, and
- working collaboratively with stakeholders, clients, and end-users to achieve outcomes for safety, usability, experience, and value.

In addition to being a technical expert in Human Factors, this is a key role supporting business development activities driving growth of the business across states and sectors.

Role requirements include:

- A relevant degree (Bachelor or Masters)
- Membership of a relevant qualified body (preferred), with a desire to achieve registered/chartered status
- 5+ years of relevant experience for Senior, 10+ years for Principal in delivering HF services or programs
- Proven experience in a consultancy and large-scale infrastructure or transport projects (preferred).
