About the role: As part of the Trade Counter team (known as Branch Staff) in Ipswich, you’ll divide your time between delivering products, providing customer service to plumbers and other tradespeople, and undertaking other tasks that keep the warehouse and trade counter running smoothly.
Daily Responsibilities
- Deliver parts and products to customers using a company vehicle
- Pick, pack and perform stock control activities
- Keep the branch and warehouse tidy and safe
- Provide customer service and information about products
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in delivery driving, retail or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
- Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
- Tech‑savvy and adaptable to learning new systems
- Clean, valid driver’s licence and open to working various shifts, including weekends
- Wants to develop a career locally, within the network or head office
