Lactalis-Mainland Dairy is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations at our Bayswater site in Victoria. Working closely with site leaders, you will drive people initiatives that support a secure, engaged and high-performing workforce.
You will deliver end-to-end HR support across the site, including recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, performance and talent management, and partner with leaders to build culture and capability.
