- Managing the entire recruitment process
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers
- Delivering a high‑quality candidate experience
- Ensuring timely placement of roles
- Partnering with stakeholders
- Maintaining data accuracy
- Contributing to process improvements

Qualifications

- Proven recruitment experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Candidate‑first mindset

Preferable

- Experience in financial services
