using the latest technology in daily operations. We have a strong history of nurturing talent and promoting from within. We are seeking an experienced, skilled, approachable, retail skilled to join our team as a Full-time Camping Retail Store Manager for our Burleigh Heads store.
This is an active position working on the store floor, ensuring our customers are well looked after and helping them find the right gear for their next holidaying adventure. The bulk of your day will be spent looking after staff, ensuring they are on task and they are working to their daily task sheets. There is regular reporting required back to our Leadership Team. This role is primarily working on the store floor guiding your team to promote camping gear to customers.
