The Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) is responsible for providing clinical and operational leadership for the day‑to‑day management of the 8‑bed Coronary Care Unit, with expansion to a 14‑bed Cardiology ward. The role ensures safe, high‑quality, evidence‑based and person‑centred care while maintaining effective unit operations and patient flow.
