Facilitate OT is a locally owned Occupational Therapy practice supporting clients throughout the Illawarra and Shoalhaven.

Experience working with DVA, rehabilitation, neurological conditions, case management, equipment prescription or home modifications would be highly regarded, but is certainly not essential.

Essential Must-Haves

- Bachelor or Masters of Occupational Therapy

- Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility)

- Medicare provider eligibility

- Working With Children Check

- National Police Check

- Current driver's license and access to a vehicle (travel allowance applies)

- Strong communication, organisation and time management skills

- Two or more years' Occupational Therapy experience preferred
