Your Role

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant (OT, EP, Physio, Osteo) to join our dynamic team. You’ll provide assessment, intervention, and case management services across a range of schemes including Workers Compensation, CTP and Life Insurance.

Core tasks of the role include:

- Conducting single service assessments, functional capacity evaluations, worksite and ergonomic assessments
- Leading return-to-work case management, guiding clients every step of the way

What You’ll Need





- Full registration with AHPRA or ESSA (Exercise Physiologists must also be certified to complete SIRA Workplace Assessments and Functional Capacity Evaluations)
- Minimum 2-3 years experience as a rehabilitation consultant within occupational rehabilitation
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- A current driver’s licence, access to your own vehicle and a willingness to travel
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and electronic client record management
