Park Hyatt Sydney is seeking a passionate Demi‑chef for our The Dining Room Kitchen team. You will be responsible for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner services for your section, assist with setup, and ensure dishes meet our standards.
You’ll supervise team members, train staff, and ensure proper storage and hygiene for all ingredients. We value knife skills, variety of cooking methods, and hands‑on training abilities.
