VenueNow is Australia’s leading marketplace for event spaces and suppliers. We’re looking for a creative, energetic Digital Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time) to join VenueNow for 20-24 hours per week. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands-on experience inside a fast-growing tech startup, with a flexible, part-time arrangement and meaningful responsibility.

We want someone who is passionate about creating content that is relatable, fun, creates hype, generates traffic and ideally goes viral!

About The Role

As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will support our marketing efforts across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, email and website content. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing & Partnerships to create engaging content, jump on trends, design social assets, and help drive growth.

You’ll get exposure to real campaigns, real data, and real impact — not just admin work.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Create video content to be shared across TikTok & Instagram (including filming yourself and being on camera)
- Jump on trends, script, film and edit short-form video content
- Build and schedule EDMs
- Update landing pages and assist with basic SEO
- Support general marketing admin, reporting and campaign execution

Who Are You?

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Early in your marketing or content career




- Confident on camera (fun, bubbly personality a big plus!)
- Skilled with TikTok/Instagram, Canva, and basic video editing
- A good writer with strong attention to detail
- Creative, proactive and eager to learn
- Looking for a flexible PT role you can grow in
- Robust organisational, multitasking and planning skills
- Rolls up sleeves attitude and motivated to get things done
