The Role

Starting in September 2026, you'll play a pivotal role in preparing the residence for opening and then leading ongoing operations. You'll oversee clinical and operational performance, guide accreditation,



build a high-performing team, and ensure residents receive outstanding care in a welcoming environment.

We're Looking For a Proven Aged Care Leader With

Experience managing medium to large residential aged care servicesStrong operational, financial and people leadership skillsSound knowledge of compliance and accreditation requirementsA passion for building engaged teams and delivering exceptional resident outcomesCurrent AHPRA RN registration
