Key Responsibilities

- Category Management: Manage and optimize procurement for catering, cleaning products, consumables, laundry services, and hospitality equipment.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop category strategies and preferred supplier arrangements.
- Tender & Contract Management: Lead tender evaluations, contract implementations, negotiations, and category reviews.
- Cross-Functional Support: Lead or support strategic sourcing across property, fleet, utilities, ICT, and medical consumables.
- ESG & Savings: Analyse spend data,



identify cost-saving opportunities, and coordinate meaningful ESG initiatives.

About You

- Proven experience in category management, sourcing, and contract negotiation (preferably in Aged Care, Healthcare, or Hospitality).
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to identify savings and evaluate tenders.
- Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, allowing you to build relationships with suppliers, clinical teams, and hospitality managers.
- A passion for sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices.
