Job Description:
The role entails being on-call,
able to cover gaps in client's rosters, be able to cope well under pressure, have an easy-going personality, quick decision making and problem solving abilities.
Candidate profile:
To be shortlisted for this position, you are required to possess the following:
- Prior experience in Aged care kitchens, kitchen/ hospitality experience is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret dietary information.
- A positive and results driven approach with strong communication skills and a flair for excellence.
- A commitment to providing a caring and empathetic service to the residents.
- A commitment to the principles of Workplace Health & Safety and ensuring a safe setting for residents and staff.
- Ability to comply with safe work practices and food handling practices
- Eye for detail and quality focused
- Prefer candidates with diverse cooking experience
