YOUR NEW ROLE

As a valued member of the winning specialist WILLS/ESTATES LAW team, reporting to an industry leading HEAD Practice Group lawyer (who is also an Accredited Specialist in Succession Law), you will relish +thrive in this stimulating role focusing on the administration of deceased estates.

Also if you desire, future scope to also engage in high level estate planning and/or some contested wills disputes.

You will have carriage of your own cases and liaise directly with clients and 3rd parties & assist the practice leader/senior lawyer with some of their complex cases.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- have a minimum of 2 years+ experience (or more) as a lawyer OR minimum 5 years+ legal secretary/paralegal/law clerk in wills/estates law specifically in probate and estates administration (essential);

- have been actively involved in the ‘life cycle’ from start to finish of probate/letters of administration applications + have solid knowledge of the process/procedures;

- have a keen interest in+ wish to pursue a career specialising in wills/estates/succession law long-term;

- have solid time prioritisation, communication & interpersonal skills;

- are proactive, results-oriented, can multi-task and have a lot of common sense.
