Description
The Marketing & Employer Engagement Manager is a hands-on role responsible for driving marketing activity, employer engagement and qualified lead generation for Novated Choice. Working closely with our external marketing business partners, you will coordinate digital campaigns, manage marketing initiatives, oversee HubSpot and database activity, and ensure our marketing investment delivers measurable business growth.
A key focus of the role is building robust relationships with both new and existing employer clients.
You will support the onboarding and launch of new employers and work closely with HR, payroll and communications teams to drive employee awareness and take-up of novated leasing. This includes coordinating employer-specific campaigns, EDMs, webinars, intranet content, brochures and other marketing collateral, as well as developing ongoing engagement programs for our existing employer network.
You will also work closely with our sales, client services and marketing partners to generate qualified enquiries, improve conversion and maximise opportunities from our existing customer database. We are looking for someone commercial, proactive, highly organised and comfortable getting things done in a fast-moving SME setting, with the ability to manage multiple employers, campaigns and stakeholders while maintaining a clear focus on measurable results.
