We are currently recruiting for multiple roles as a Production Hand (with forklift licence) with an Australian business supplying national markets through a refined and systematic manufacturing process. They design and manufacture products for a wide range of specialist applications, leveraging years of technical knowledge and expertise.

The roles are rostered on day and afternoon shift Monday to Friday between 6:00 am 2.00 pm day shift and 2.00 pm and 10:00 pm afternoon shift.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently (current licence required).
- Perform manual handling tasks such as bagging and stacking small packs.
- Assist with picking, weighing, and batching ingredients for blending.
- Conduct pre-start equipment checks and report maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace.
- Support general production operations as required.

To Be Considered, You Will Need:





- A current Forklift Licence essential.
- Physical capability to handle the manual tasks required in a manufacturing workplace.
- A good attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Prior manufacturing or agriculture experience (advantageous but not essential).
