The Marina, Mindarie, voted Best Hospitality Venue in WA multiple times, is home to a number of award-winning venues, as well as a hotel. We are currently seeking staff to fill F&B; all rounder positions at Indian Ocean Brewing Co. and The Boat, with further opportunities for exciting current venues opening late 2026.

The Marina, Mindarie offers free parking, staff meals, and a dynamic working environment where no two days are the same, working with a fantastic group of people right on the waters' edge.

Positions Available

We are always seeking experienced staff, however we are willing to train the right people with the right attitude. We are actively recruiting for Indian Ocean Brewing Co, and The Boat, however there will be prospect to work in other venues moving into spring & summer.

We prefer experienced staff for our F&B; roles, however we actively seek out those that may not have any experience, but their positive attitude and eagerness to learn makes up for this. If this is you, please apply.





About you:
Must be at least 18 years old
Current RSA & food handling certificate
Full Australian working rights
Previous experience in a similar venue highly regarded, but not essential.
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and public holidays, including NYE & Christmas day
