As we expand our portfolio in Queensland, we're seeking a dedicated HSE Advisor to join our dynamic team on a high-profile project. This project is based on the Gold Coast and will also work across other projects in the region. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Review documents and plans governing project delivery, providing input into HSE and quality plans to ensure alignment with project, business, and legislative requirements.
Coordinate with the Project Manager and Site Manager to ensure the project is adequately resourced with personnel of appropriate competency to deliver HSE and quality plans.
Coordinate with the Site Manager and Project Manager to ensure all project undertakings align with HSE and quality plans.
Assist in communicating project plan requirements to the wider project team and proactively support plan implementation.




Undertake HSE and quality inspections and assessments, report, document and identify necessary actions, and ensure their implementation.
Contribute to accurate and transparent reporting of project status through Hammertech, the monthly project control report, and other required means.

About you
Experience with management system software, e.g., Hammertech (preferable).
Proven experience as an HSE Advisor or similar role within the commercial construction space.
In-depth knowledge of HSE legislation, standards, and best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A solid commitment to fostering a safety-first culture within the workplace.
