Responsibilities
Accounts receivable and monitoring COD payments
Manage the status of jobs through maintaining accurate data within CargoWise and communicate exceptions and delays to stakeholders
Arrange in accordance with customs requirements
Book cartage with internal or external carrier
Advise external customers of delivery notice
Inform customers of delays
COD checklist for outstanding payments
Client Empty Form to external FCL client




Processing empty returns to external FCL cartage provider
Registering airfreight B Jobs
Booking quarantine inspections as per directions
Follow up outturn reports for B jobs
Liaise with interstate office and arrange local cartage
Coordinate timely deliveries & inform clients
Plan internal truck run sheet and update timesheet
Action outturn reports
Monitor shipment custom status via ICs

What You Need To Succeed
Minimum 12 months industry experience, have sound knowledge
Demonstrated experience in a similar Cartage Coordinator role
Knowledge of customs and freight forwarding terminology
Keen focus on details coupled with productive organizational abilities
Effective task prioritization in a fast‑paced work workplace
Dedicated client focus, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality services
Excellent communication skills
Strong time management and organization skills
Motivated, flexible, and forward‑thinking
