Waratah is seeking a Therapeutic Services Lead to join its South West WA leadership team in Bunbury. You will oversee adult, children’s and outreach counselling and after-hours SASS responses, guiding a skilled workforce and shaping service models across locations.
You will lead on priorities, budgeting, rosters and capacity, foster reflective practice and accountability, and contribute to organisational planning with travel to Bunbury, Busselton, Collie and other sites.
