Skills & Experience - Proven experience working as a Sommelier in a restaurant, hotel or wine bar.
Good overall wine knowledge with the ability to recommend and guide guests and upsell products.
Solid overall beverage knowledge across spirits, beers and wines.
Personable, enjoy working in a busy environment and engaging with guests.
Good communication, a team player and attention to detail.




Adaptable and the ability to multi‑task and anticipate the guests needs.
