Dome Cafe at Deepwater Point in Western Australia is seeking an Assistant Cafe Manager to join our busy Dome Cafes team. You will work closely with the Cafe Manager and Kitchen Manager, overseeing 5 shifts across a 7-day week, ensuring smooth opening and closing routines and exceptional guest service.
You will lead by example, coach and train staff, coordinate across stations, maintain presentation and product standards, and contribute to the group’s ongoing growth and recent openings.
