This is a high-impact role supporting all employees across Australia, working directly with senior leadership to bring strategy, transformation and innovation to life through standout internal communications.

The role

You’ll be the custodian of the function’s narrative, translating complex, technical information into explicit, compelling stories that drive alignment, engagement and impact across the business.

What you’ll do
Lead and execute the internal communications strategy
Shape and evolve a clear, compelling function narrative




Partner with senior leaders (including C level executives) on executive messaging
Translate technical updates into business-ready communication
Deliver key initiatives (town halls, intranet, newsletters, change comms)
Build internal brand and visibility across the organisation

What you bring
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
Solid stakeholder influence at senior/executive level
Experience in internal, corporate or change communications
Ability to distil complex, multi-source information into transparent insights
Background in large, complex environments
Exposure to tech/digital/data functions highly regarded
