The Role:

We are seeking a Program Manager, Digital Products based in Sydney to support a high‑visibility client engagement in the Sydney CBD area. This person will help drive planning, coordination, communication, and execution across digital product initiatives.

This role requires someone who understands how digital products are built, launched, supported,



and improved over time. The ideal candidate can work across product, engineering, design, business, and executive stakeholders to keep priorities transparent, teams aligned, and delivery moving forward.

This is not a purely administrative project management role. We need someone who can understand product goals, identify risks and dependencies, manage complex workstreams, and communicate clearly with senior client stakeholders. This person should be comfortable operating in a fast-moving client setting while bringing structure, accountability, and momentum to the program. Experience in real estate technology, proptech, property platforms, or adjacent real estate domains is highly preferred.
