We are currently seeking caring and dedicated Aged Care Workers to join our growing team on a casual basis in the Southern area of Gold Coast.

What You’ll Do - Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility - Supporting clients with meals and daily routines - Providing companionship and emotional support - Performing light household duties (cleaning, laundry, meal preparation) - Following care plans and accurately documenting services provided - Working collaboratively with our care team to ensure protected, high-quality support About You You are someone who genuinely cares about improving the lives of others.

You bring
Compassion, patience, and reliability - Robust communication and interpersonal skills - The ability to work independently in clients’ homes - Flexibility and responsiveness to changing client needs Requirements - Certificate III in Aged Care, Home & Community Care,
