Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting the right new vehicle
Conduct professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations
Arrange and accompany customers on test drives
Build long-term relationships with customers
Follow up sales enquiries and maintain an active customer database
Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets
Stay informed about new vehicle models, features and promotions
Work closely with the finance and delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover process
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in automotive sales is highly regarded
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
A professional and confident approach
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work towards sales goals and KPIs
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Current Australian driver's licence
