Job Description
Aurora Dairies are currently seeking multiple Senior Farm Hands/Farm Hands across South-East South Australia, Australia. The farms are located in the Mount Gambier Region.
The successful candidates will have a passion for the dairy industry and have experience in assisting the
management team in managing a dairy operation.
The successful candidates will have demonstrated skills and experience in the following areas:
Driving and upholding Animal Health and Protected Operating Procedures
Animal Health and Record Management
All aspects of milking and general farm duties
Feeding of cattle and feeding plans
Animal Husbandry
Pasture Management
Machinery operation
Repairs and Maintenance
Supervise work routines and staff performance for dairy cattle farmers - farm hands.
Qualifications
The desired skills and experience for this chance are:
Minimum of 3 years of dairy industry experience
Certificate III or relevant equivalent
Committed to ensuring a safe workplace
Reliable and punctual
Good work ethic and positive attitude
Team Player.
