We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Retail Team Member / Barista to join our Hogan's Corner store. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love making great coffee, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

About the Role

As a Retail Team Member, you'll play an key role in creating a excellent customer experience by preparing quality coffee, serving our delicious donuts, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store.

Key Responsibilities
Preparing high-quality coffee and beverages
Providing exceptional customer service
Serving and packaging donuts and other products
Operating the POS and handling customer transactions
Restocking displays and maintaining store presentation
Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
Working collaboratively with the team during busy trading periods

What We're Looking For
Previous retail, hospitality, café, or customer service experience is highly regarded




Barista experience is an advantage but not essential
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
A team player with a strong work ethic

Availability
Applicants must have versatile availability to work opening and closing shifts between 5:00 AM and 12:00 AM (midnight), Monday to Sunday, including weekends and public holidays as required.
