ARE YOU LEADER?
We are looking for a self-driven Club Operations Manager who is confident in sales, member retention , leadership and driving results.
This is a role for someone who enjoys closing sales, leading people, and taking ownership of a business.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Take ownership of the club’s performance.
Proactively convert leads into memberships.
Follow up all enquiries via phone, SMS, email and walk-ins.
Build referral partnerships and local business relationships.
Coach staff to improve sales conversion rates.
Reduce cancellations and improve member experience.
Ensure members feel supported and engaged.
Oversee cleanliness, organisation and presentation of the club.
Ensure the facility is always presented to a high standard.
Maintain equipment and overall gym presentation.
Create a welcoming, community-focused environment.
Build relationships with local businesses and stakeholders.
Manage club social media pages.
Create engaging content with staff.
