Disability Support Worker (Male Only Chinese Speaking)

Role Requirements:
Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) – Essential
Experience in disability or aged care support is preferred
Ability to assist with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks
Mandatory: Two passive sleepover shifts per week (Tuesday & Thursday)
Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Certifications & Compliance (Mandatory):
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability)



or equivalent
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
First Aid & CPR Certification
Manual Handling Training (preferred)
Valid Driver’s License (preferred)
Valid Passport & Visa with Full time Working Rights in Australia (Mandatory)
