About the Role
We're seeking a Manager - Accounting & Tax who is excited by the opportunity to play a key role in establishing and growing our proposed Melbourne CBD presence.
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing office from the beginning, working closely with Partners to develop client relationships,
build a high-performing team and help shape the future direction of the practice.
You'll take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, become a trusted adviser to businesses and private clients, and have the autonomy to make decisions, drive improvements and influence how the office grows and operates.
You'll be supported by an experienced leadership team, while enjoying the visibility, influence and career opportunities that come with being part of a growing office and a progressive firm.

Requirements
CA/CPA qualified.
Solid experience across SME / private group clients.
Robust grounding in Australian accounting and tax / Australian Accounting Standards.
Proven ability to lead multiple priorities and deadlines with solid organisation and judgement.
Strong people leadership skills, with a track record of developing others and building a sense of belonging and shared outcomes.
