The Law Society of Current South Wales is seeking a Solicitor to join the Skilled Support Unit on a full time fixed-term basis (14-month parental leave backfill). This role guides NSW practitioners on AML/CTF regimes and Ethical obligations under the Uniform Law, with duties spanning education, resources, seminars, and policy liaison.
You will develop resources, present seminars, review compliance standards, and provide legal advice to support consistent guidance across the law society.
