EVT's Harbour Rocks Hotel is seeking a Part time CDP to relaunch Tayim, its signature restaurant, with contemporary Levantine cuisine on display. You will support the kitchen across Tayim, Eric’s Bar, in-room dining and hotel events, contributing to a high-standard dining experience.
You will lead your section, train junior staff, and work in a rapid-paced hotel kitchen, upholding food safety and excellence while collaborating with front-of-house teams.
