Apollo Care seeks a Roving Care Manager to lead high-quality, person-centred care across 12 facilities in QLD, NSW and Victoria. You will travel to homes, provide clinical oversight, and guide care teams to implement care plans while maintaining compliance.
When not onsite, work remotely with our Governance team to strengthen clinical practices, promote quality improvement and policy development. AHPRA registration and robust English communication are essential.
