The Role

We are seeking a energetic and commercially astute Business Development Manager to drive Fire service growth across Sydney. This is a high-impact position that combines strategic vision with hands‑on execution. You will be responsible for identifying new business prospects, cultivating strong client relationships, and delivering measurable results, with a significant focus on new business acquisition. Your primary focus will be on Fire Service and Inspect & Test, including wet, dry, special hazards, and portable services.

About You

You are a "hunter" with proven experience in securing current accounts, within wet and/or dry fire and portables. You possess advanced sales skills, including prospecting, complex negotiation, and consultative selling,



consistently exceeding revenue targets.

Your profile will also include:
A deep understanding of wet and/or dry fire service and sales, including technical requirements, compliance standards, and market dynamics.
Ability to design and execute targeted account plans using advanced sales methodologies.
Robust capability to interpret market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Influential written and verbal skills for engaging senior stakeholders and executive boards.
Proven ability to build trust across all organisational levels.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office for data-driven decision‑making and reporting.
