Minor Hotels Australasia is seeking an experienced Maintenance & Building Manager for the Brisbane Northside. You’ll lead engineering, maintenance, facilities and compliance across the asset, balancing strategic planning with hands-on operation.
You’ll manage budgets, mentor a maintenance team, coordinate contractors and drive preventative maintenance while ensuring safety, quality and guest/resident satisfaction. Brisbane-based, in office role with after-hours support as needed.
