We're looking for a proactive Gaming Attendant to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm and authentic service.
To be suitable for this role, you'll be motivated to comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming regulations.

A Day In The Life Of a Gaming AttendantActively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won't forgetContribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG complianceComplete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulationsAbout YouYou are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammatesYou are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekendsYou hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualificationsYou'll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
Inherent RequirementsThis is a hands‐on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries).
