With growth and expansion comes new opportunities.WorkRisk IQ is seeking two experienced Injury Management / Return to Work (RTW)Consultants to join our growing teams in Perth and Sydney.About the RoleReporting to the Team Leaders, you will manage your own portfolio of diverse clients,coordinating end-to-end injury management and workers compensation services whileproviding technical guidance and support to fellow RTW Consultants.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate proactive and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.Coordinate and manage end-to-end injury management processes.Attend claims review meetings and conciliations.Review and improve client injury management policies and procedures.Develop job task analyses and workplace assessments.Identify barriers to return to work and implement effective intervention strategies.Undertake additional consulting projects to meet client requirements.This role offers a varied work environment, including client site visits and stakeholdermeetings.
Occasional interstate travel may be required.About YouTo be successful in this role,



you will possess:Minimum 3 years' experience within Workers Compensation and/or Return to Work services.Relevant tertiary qualifications in an allied health discipline such as:Occupational TherapyPhysiotherapyExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, including:InsurersMedical practitionersAllied health providersOccupational rehabilitation providersExperience managing complex injury management and RTW cases.Strong understanding of relevant Workers Compensation legislation.Proven injury management experience reflected throughout your career history.Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team goals.Why Join WorkRisk IQ?
