and modernisation across the function.Deliver accurate, on-time fortnightly and monthly payroll across a large, multi-entity operationKeep everything airtight — Awards, leave, super, tax, terminations and statutory compliance, coveredLead, coach and build a team that performs and grows under your leadershipChampion automation and AI-enabled tools to drag payroll processes into the futureRun audits, reconciliations and control reviews that keep risk firmly in checkWork hand-in-glove with HR and operational leaders to level up the employee experienceSpearhead transformation projects that ripple out across the wider businessAbout You:5+ years of Australian payroll leadership experience from a large andcomplex big business environmentProven leadership of high-volume payroll teams, including senior payroll staffDeep expertise in payroll legislation, compliance, governance and risk managementStrong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge the status quoDemonstrated success leading payroll projects and transformation initiativesExcellent leadership, communication, organisational and prioritisation skillsA stable career history with consistent tenure in payroll leadership roles*Full JD available upon submitted resume application
