We're looking for an Accounts Coordinator - National Retail Tenants to join our Retail Asset Management team on a 12-month contract, based in our Sydney CBD head office.The opportunityThis is a high-impact role where you'll take ownership of national tenant accounts, managing arrears and delivering accurate reporting, while partnering closely with Asset teams and tenants across a national portfolio.Key responsibilitiesManage national tenant arrears, ensuring timely collections and KPI achievementAnalyse debtor accounts, reconcile balances and interpret lease agreementsProvide clear reporting and insights on arrears trends and performancePartner with Asset teams to ensure consistent debt collection processesBuild strong relationships with national tenants,
