Are you looking to take your debt advisory career to the next level in a high-performing yet flexible environment?

Our client is a rapidly growing independent debt capital advisory firm based in Sydney. They work with leading mid-market private equity firms and advise various corporates, including ASX-listed companies.

With a strong pipeline of deals, they seek an experienced professional to join their close-knit team of capital advisory specialists. This is a unique prospect to be deeply involved in transactions from start to finish, gain exposure to complex and high-value deals, and build strong relationships in the market—all within a non-bureaucratic and flexible work environment.

What You'll Do:

- Advise on diverse transactions, including bilateral & syndicated loans, LBOs/MBOs, structured financing/securitisation, subordinated/mezzanine debt, corporate bonds, and real estate finance.
- Drive deal execution—performing financial analysis & modelling, preparing information memorandums, structuring deals, negotiating term sheets & facility documents, and managing transaction execution.
- Collaborate closely with private equity sponsors, corporate clients, financiers, and legal advisors to ensure seamless deal progression.
- Play a key role in originating new transactions by nurturing market relationships and identifying opportunities.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations,



track loan market trends, and contribute to marketing initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

- 2–6 years' experience in leverage & acquisition finance, debt capital markets, structured finance, corporate banking, or debt advisory.
- Strong credit analysis, financial modelling (Excel), and deal structuring expertise.
- Exceptional attention to detail and written communication skills.
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to think laterally and identify creative funding solutions.
- A strong work ethic, with the ability to perform under pressure in time-sensitive transactions.
